Core Strategy - Adopted
The event is not currently available for consultation.
The Core Strategy was adopted by the Council on 4 March 2009. The Core Strategy is the first of the planning documents of
the Sheffield Development Framework. Its purpose is to answer the question "At a strategic level, what is going to happen
where and how is it going to happen?" It sets out the overall vision, objectives and spatial strategy and policies for Sheffield
over the period to 2026.
You do not require a login to view the document and may find this version easier to navigate and copy and paste from than
the PDF version. The PDF version and the Key Diagram are available from the "Supporting Documents" tab below. There are
no comments against this final version because it includes the inspector's final binding changes. Earlier consultation versions
of the Core Strategy (with comments) are available from this SDF Consultation Portal. If you wish to be notified about future
SDF consultations please use the "Register" facility above.
